Baixiang and Jintian Paper Hold Project Matchmaking Talks on Green Packaging Materials Upgrade

On July 15–16, Ouyang Zhong, chairman of Dongguan Jintian Paper Co., Ltd., led a delegation to Baixiang, Hebei, for project matchmaking talks. County leaders Wang Peng, Xu Yangang, Wang Xindong, Xing Li and Sun Zhiyong, along with principal heads of relevant departments, took part.

Dongguan Jintian Paper Co., Ltd. is a national-level high-tech enterprise and Asia's largest grey board manufacturer. Its medium- and high-grade grey board and corrugated paper output accounts for more than 35% of the national total, and its products are exported to Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States.

During the Baixiang visit, Ouyang Zhong and his delegation conducted on-site inspections of Henkel New Materials Co., Ltd., Guangwu Road and other locations, and held in-depth exchanges with the main leaders of the county Party committee and county government on further strengthening exchanges and cooperation.

At the symposium, Wang Peng said Baixiang has in recent years made every effort to promote the green transformation of its new packaging materials industry and actively build industrial clusters. He noted that Jintian Paper has strong comprehensive strength, advanced development concepts and leading equipment, and represents the direction of green circular development. Once the project is settled in Baixiang, it will not only add strong momentum to Jintian Paper's growth but also provide solid support for the county's new packaging materials industry.

Wang Peng required all relevant functional departments to make every effort to create the basic conditions and key elements for project implementation. They should provide project services and approvals with the highest efficiency and best service, help the project gain 'acceleration,' and strive for early construction, early production and early results. He hoped Jintian Paper would seize new strategic opportunities, promptly complete preparations for project implementation, and advance the project's implementation and results as soon as possible, injecting new momentum into Baixiang's new packaging materials development, making Baixiang an important strategic node in Jintian Paper's development layout, and achieving the expected goals of mutual benefit and win-win, multi-win outcomes.

Xu Yangang pointed out that Baixiang has an excellent investment environment and obvious existing industrial advantages, and welcomed Jintian Paper to invest and start business there. Departments at all levels will act proactively, fulfill their responsibilities, further improve the project advancement plan, make every effort in project matchmaking, and provide quality services for project implementation. He also hoped to leverage Jintian Paper's advanced concepts and professional technology to help Baixiang's new packaging materials achieve industrial clustering and upgrading.

Ouyang Zhong introduced the cooperation between the two sides and fully affirmed Baixiang's investment environment and matchmaking work. He said Baixiang has a strong atmosphere for enterprise and entrepreneurship, a good investment environment and industrial advantages, and that the two sides' thinking is highly aligned. We will further accelerate matchmaking and realize the project's implementation and production as soon as possible.
