Product: H-1505 adhesive developed for ABS plastics.

Available in L, M and H versions, its viscosity can be adjusted as needed.

The formula is designed for plastic bonding with non-whitening performance.

It is a solvent-based system based on high-molecular polymers.

In adhesive classification, it falls under organic adhesive > composite adhesive > product.

It complies with ROHS and acts as a current adhesive grade for bonding ABS engineering plastics.

Typical uses cover ABS products, electrical plastic housings, crafts, toys, electronic product plastic shells and ABS containers for bonding and repair; it can also dissolve ABS raw materials.

Performance indicators:

Appearance: transparent liquid or viscous fluid.

Non-volatile content: 1505 L type (watery) 5±1%; 1505 M type 20%; 1505 H type (dish soap-like) 38%.

Viscosity: 80-2800 Cps.

ABS-to-ABS bond strength: ≥58 kg/cm².

Advantages include easy application.

It also provides fast positioning, high bond strength and no whitening.

After full curing, it offers water, heat, cold, oil and corrosion resistance.

H-1505 ABS

plastic-specific adhesive is mainly used for

PS, AS, ASA, PVC, PC, PMMA and other

plastics in self-bonding or mutual bonding.

After complete curing, the bonded materials can fuse into one.

It is therefore an engineering plastics adhesive grade.

L type (watery) procedure: clean the surfaces to be bonded and make sure there are no gaps; capillary penetration is commonly used, placing components together before applying adhesive to the joint edge with a dropper.

The adhesive penetrates and flows between the two bonding surfaces, softening them; very high strength is reached after about 5-20 hours.

M/H type procedure: apply adhesive to one or both sides of a dry, oil-free bonding surface, then join immediately (do not allow it to dry before joining) and keep close contact.

Positioning and curing behavior vary by viscosity.

Positioning usually takes 5S-2 minutes.

Considerable strength develops in 1-2 hours.

Maximum strength is reached after 24 hours.
