2023 Yiwu Packaging & Printing Expo Turns the Spotlight on Paper, Carton and Color Box Production

The 2023 Zhejiang (Yiwu) Packaging & Printing Exhibition, held alongside the Yiwu Corrugated Color Box Exhibition, takes place at the Yiwu International Expo Center. It is jointly organized by the Jinhua Printing Industry Association and the Yiwu Printing Industry Association together with Zhejiang Yinyi Culture Media Co., Ltd., Jinhua Jingxin Printing Machinery Co., Ltd., Yiwu Sanxin Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. and Yiwu Rongchuang Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., with support from printing and packaging industry associations across the counties, cities and districts of Zhejiang Province.

Centered on paper packaging and printing, the show reaches across packaging technology, carton and color box production, fine printing and digital packaging printing, presenting a complete set of packaging and printing equipment and technology that reflects how integrated and comprehensive this industry chain has become.

Yiwu is known as China's core market for packaging and printing and as the country's commodity packaging and printing industry base, a status that has nurtured enormous demand across the sector. Anchored in Yiwu, the exhibition serves the local packaging and printing market while reaching out to surrounding regions. It also works to strengthen fine packaging and printing for Yiwu's exported small commodities, advance carton and color box processing technology, and deliver packaging and printing services to end users.

During the show, first-, second- and third-tier packaging and printing factories will be invited to an industry matchmaking summit, designed to connect supply and demand seamlessly, open up the sector's industrial ecosystem and establish the event as a quality gathering for the trade.

Pooling industry resources, the event is positioned as a one-stop sourcing platform for the printing and packaging sector. Rooted in Zhejiang, the Jinhua and Yiwu printing industry associations combine with the regional pull and industry influence of their fellow packaging and printing associations across the province to give the Yiwu show a solid foundation.

Zhejiang Yinyi Culture Media Co., Ltd. draws on a nationwide marketing network and years of proven experience in organizing Zhejiang packaging and printing exhibitions to steadily build the show's brand strength and market share.

Jinhua Jingxin Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. and Yiwu Sanxin Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. act as the principal organizers. On the booth side, a standard unit measures 3m×3m＝9 sqm and comes with one consultation desk, two chairs, two spotlights and one power socket, including venue rent, lighting fees, security fees, cleaning and other management fees. The image exhibition area's standard-to-special option is also 3m×3m＝9 sqm and adds special conversion and construction, raised and finely crafted booth and fascia board names, spotlights, one power socket and a company name in both Chinese and English in color, with the same fee inclusions. Indoor raw space is subject to a minimum area; exhibitors design and build their own stands and cover costs such as electrical boxes and electricity.

Exhibitors must complete the exhibition application form, affix the company seal and mail or fax it back. The exhibition fee — whether a deposit or the full amount — is payable within one week of applying for a booth, with the balance settled in a single payment before the stated date. Failure to pay the deposit or balance as required entitles the organizer to reassign or release the reserved booth. Booths are allocated on a first-apply, first-pay, first-arranged basis. The organizing unit mails the Exhibitor Manual to participants one month before the show opens, and the organizers reserve the right to make final adjustments to booth positions in line with the overall event plan.
