[Structure] These are 250g self-seal zipper pouches for dried fruit, built around a double zipper structure: two zipper tracks sit side by side to create a double interlock, making it easier to reseal the pouch after repeated use and reducing the risk of moisture ingress caused by an incompletely closed single zipper.
[Materials and Specifications] Common lamination options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, all in multi-layer composite structures. Thickness ranges from 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm), and the combination can be selected according to the dried fruit type, pack format and barrier requirements.
[Printing and Process] Printing uses 1–8 color gravure, and the process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with the zipper positioned and sealed during the bag-making heat-sealing step. Production runs in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, and food-grade materials are used; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
[Customization] We support sample-based and artwork-based proofing, with custom sizes and layouts made to customer requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong. Once the material structure, pouch size and print layout are confirmed, sampling and volume production can be arranged.
