Engineered for sauces and semi-liquid foods, this double stand-up spout pouch focuses on clean dispensing and reliable resealing. The shoulder area is heat-sealed firmly around the spout base, and the pouch edges are flat and tightly sealed. Based on product viscosity, choose a wide straight spout, an angled spout, a flip-top cap or a silicone valve. The result is smoother squeezing with less product clinging to the spout, better leak resistance after resealing, and a stable shelf presence for retail display.

The pouch body is typically made from food-grade laminated film such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE. Barrier and heat-seal layers can be tailored to the filling. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, delivering fine detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss or partial finishes. Standard capacities span 100ml to 5L, while bag dimensions, spout diameter and tube placement can be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is available for continuous filling lines.

Common uses include chili sauce, mustard, seafood sauce, soybean paste, satay sauce and hot pot base, plus jam, honey and liquid household products.
