For liquid packaging that people have to move by hand, three needs come together: carrying, standing and controlled sealing. This pouch has a die-cut carry handle at the top, so once filled it can be carried or hung and is easy to grab at dairy farms, retail stores or trade shows. Its dual-gusset base opens out under the weight of the contents, letting the pouch stand upright on its own—stable inside an outer carton or as a standalone display. The body uses a PET+AL+PA+PE four-layer aluminum foil laminate with a thickness of 15–25 μm. The aluminum layer blocks light and oxygen, helping protect flavor-sensitive liquids such as wine and juice. A valve spout at the outlet controls the pour rate and can be closed immediately after dispensing, while also being compatible with filling-machine connections. Typical 1–5L liquid applications include juice, beverages, wine, drinking water and coffee.
