Double Stand-Up Pouch for Chemical Liquids: 3–12 L Inorganic Acids and 5–25 L Dyes & Coatings

For chemical and industrial liquid handling, this double stand-up pouch uses a three-dimensional bottom gusset so a filled bag remains upright on the line and resists tipping or pinching in transit. The top end can be configured with a spout, screw cap or valve for controlled dispensing and resealing, while the perimeter seals are strengthened and the fitment area is reinforced to help prevent leakage with inorganic acids, dyes, paints and similar liquids. When the pouch is dimensioned to an outer carton, it can serve as the inner liner of a bag-in-box system.

Laminate structures are chosen around the contents, with options such as PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/AL/PE to balance barrier, chemical resistance and drop strength. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available for automated filling lines. Printing is 1–8 colour gravure, and customization can follow supplied samples or artwork, with colours and layout adapted to your brand. Standard capacities are 3 L to 12 L, extendable to 5 L, 10 L, 20 L and 25 L, and both bag dimensions and spout diameter can be matched to your filling equipment.

Applications include storage and transport of inorganic acids, dyes, paints, waterproof coatings and chemical additives, covering packaging needs in the chemical, building materials, textile dyeing and coating sectors. The customization path typically runs from requirement discussion and sample approval to mass production and shipment follow-up; samples and drawings are both welcome for evaluation. Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, with printing through bag making completed in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pieces, with production and delivery scheduled according to the confirmed plan.
