Custom Printed 680g Double Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Plastic Granules and Powder

For export packaging of plastic granules, powders and similar raw materials, this double stand-up spout pouch is a practical format. Its bottom gusset keeps the pouch upright on shelves and helps cartons stack neatly. Seams can be three-side or four-side sealed with straight edges for dependable closure. The top is fitted with a screw-cap spout; valve spouts and handles are available as options. Spout opening size can be matched to the flow characteristics of the filled material, making pouring and dispensing easier.

Depending on the contents, the laminate can be specified in PET/PE, NY/PE or PET/AL/PE to balance stiffness, barrier performance and puncture resistance for granules, powders and certain liquid raw materials. Graphics are produced by 1–8 colour gravure printing, delivering clear detail and stable registration, with matt, gloss and spot finishing effects available. Standard capacities range from 100g to 5kg. Bag width, spout diameter and bottom gusset can be tailored to your sample or artwork, and matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
