Designed for refill programs, this spout pouch handles laundry detergent, fabric softener and similar household liquids. A flexible pouch replaces the original rigid plastic bottle and uses considerably less packaging material per litre, then empties down to a flat shape for disposal — an advantage for refill ranges and light-weighting goals.
Chemical resistance comes from the laminate build. PET gives stiffness and printability, NY adds flexibility and squeeze resistance, and the PE heat-seal layer uses an acid- and alkali-resistant formulation so prolonged contact with household liquids is less likely to cause delamination. The outer surface accepts 1–8 color printing, keeping dosage and safety text readable over the product's life. The pouch can be supplied with a press spout, standard screw cap or pull-ring spout, and a corner tear notch can be added for opening and pouring.
As a custom flexible packaging supplier, we size the pouch to your refill volume and spout choice, and select the film structure for the formula you fill. Production takes place at Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, with samples provided before volume orders.
