Designed for liquid detergent and personal-care packaging, this pouch can be produced as a stand-up or flat-bottom bag. Its four-side seals are neat and durable, while the folded base gives the pouch support so it remains upright after filling and on shelf. The top can be equipped with a screw-cap spout, flip-top spout or spout with leak-resistant valve. Liquid flows out easily, the flow can be managed one-handed, and the closure continues to seal reliably after repeated use, helping reduce leakage and cross-contamination. The spout is heat-sealed onto the pouch body for a stable bond that supports transport and retail display.

Pouch bodies are generally made by laminating films such as PET, NY, AL and PE. The lamination structure and gauge can be modified according to the product being filled, improving tolerance to acidic and alkaline liquids. Graphics are produced by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which delivers clear detail and consistent colour, with options for full-bleed backgrounds, spot colours and selective matte finishing. Standard fill volumes span 100ml to 5L. Spout diameter, pouch dimensions and seal width can be customised to match filling equipment and shelf presentation, and matching laminated roll film is available in the same material.

Typical applications include laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, hand soap and disinfectant, as well as decanting or packing industrial cleaning agents. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop. Blown film, lamination, printing and bag making are completed in-house.
