Designed for single-use filling volumes from 1 L up to 5 L, this large-capacity double stand-up spout pouch uses a reinforced folded bottom that keeps the filled bag standing securely. That makes it suitable for shelf display, restaurant kitchens and outdoor use without an extra rack or holder. Its 33 mm wide-bore spout supports a steady pour and can be fitted with a dust cap or tamper-evident cap, helping reduce cling and drips when dispensing juice, drink concentrate or liquid seasoning.
The pouch body is made from a PET+VMPET+PE three-layer laminate. The metallised middle layer serves as a light and oxygen barrier, which can help extend the shelf life of the contents. Heat-seal width can be adjusted to suit the pressure of your filling equipment, allowing the pouch to run on automatic filling lines. An optional one-piece top handle can be added, and it remains comfortable to carry by hand when the pouch is filled to 5 L.
Common applications include juice, beverages, cooking oil, soy sauce and seasoning liquids in 1–5 L formats. The pouch is produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong. Capacity, spout diameter (29 / 32 / 38 mm), spout placement (top or side) and print layout can all be customized, with 1–8 colour printing available.
