Built around a centre-mounted spout at the upper middle, this stand-up pouch remains upright and can be squeezed for one-handed dispensing. Its gusseted base and four-side heat seal are formed in a single heat-press step, creating a firm, non-collapsing structure during filling and transport. Spout options include standard screw caps, flip-top caps and leak-resistant silicone valve designs, with neck sizes matched to your filling line—well suited to single-use refills and small-volume packs.

The pouch body is typically made from food-contact laminates such as PET/PE or PA/PE; the inner layer can be selected around the acidity, fill temperature and shelf-life needs of the contents. Graphics are applied using 1–8 colour gravure printing, with clear bags allowing either spot graphics or full-surface coverage. Custom work from your sample or artwork is accepted, and a proofing step can confirm colours and layout before bulk runs. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L, while bag width, height, spout diameter and cap type are configured to your equipment and artwork needs.

Typical uses include single-use refill packs for laundry detergent, fabric softener, personal care samples, soy sauce, liquid condiments and drinks, plus pet products and small agrochemical packs. The usual order flow is a requirements discussion, sample or artwork confirmation, proofing and sign-off, bulk production, inspection and shipment.
