Built as a double stand-up pouch with a bottom gusset, the bag stands steadily for shelf display and is also convenient to store on its side. Four-side heat sealing creates a tight edge that helps minimize leakage. At the top, the spout can be specified as a screw-cap model, a straight spout or a valve-equipped anti-leak spout; spout diameter and position can both be adjusted for your filling line. The overall design targets easy liquid filling and smooth dispensing, covering small portion packs as well as larger storage formats.

Common pouch materials include multilayer laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. All-plastic or foil structures are also available when the contents call for them, helping balance barrier performance, puncture resistance and temperature tolerance. The surface accepts 1–8 color gravure printing for clear graphic detail and stable color, with matte or gloss finishes optional. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L; pouch dimensions, spout specifications and seal width can be adapted to your filling equipment. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied as well.

These pouches are widely used for liquid filling of jelly, beverages, soy milk, coffee, soup, sauces and herbal liquids, and they also suit catering takeaway and transfer packaging in food processing plants. The customization process is simple: send a sample or artwork, confirm material, size and print layout, then approve a pre-production sample before bulk manufacturing.
