Acid-Alkali Resistant Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Detergent & Softener Refills

Built for refill packaging of daily chemical liquids and powders, this stand-up spouted pouch has a dimensional body and gusseted bottom that keep it standing steadily after filling. At the top, a screw spout and sealing cap can be fitted, with straight, angled or valved options available for repeated opening, pouring and resealing. Heat sealing forms flat, firm side and bottom seals; when combined with acid-alkali resistant laminated film, it helps lower leakage risk in detergent and softener applications.

The pouch body commonly uses PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and other laminated film structures, with thickness and stiffness adjustable to the contents and filling method. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, allowing artwork, brand details and usage instructions to be shown clearly. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L. Pouch dimensions, spout diameter and cap colour are customizable, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for continuous automated production.

Typical uses include refill packaging for detergents, fabric softeners, disinfectants, tea seed powder and other daily chemical or cleaning products, along with liquid filling applications that require acid-alkali resistant laminated film. For customization, samples or drawings can be reviewed first; production starts after confirming material, size, spout and print artwork.
