The pouch body is a three-layer PET+VMPET+PE lamination. Its metallised middle layer screens out both light and oxygen to help extend shelf life, and the heat-seal width can be matched to the pressure of your filling equipment, so the pouch runs directly on automatic filling lines. Formats span 250ml to 5L, and a reinforced bottom gusset lets a filled pouch stand on its own — steady and easy to reach on a retail shelf, in a commercial kitchen or outdoors.
Product leaves through a 33mm high-flow spout that keeps cooking oil, sauces and beverage concentrates moving freely, with little clinging and little dripping. Pair it with a dust cap or a tamper-evident cap, or switch to a silicone valve. An integrated top handle can also be added, and it stays comfortable when you lift a full 5L pouch with one hand.
Made in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Volume, spout diameter (29 / 32 / 38mm), spout position (centred or offset), handle and printed layout are all made to order.
