This product is a 5L double stand-up pouch with handle. Its double stand-up bottom structure keeps the filled pouch standing stably on shelf, while the handle at the top makes it easy for consumers to carry and move. It suits pet food packaging such as kibble and pet treats, especially family-size or multi-pack formats that need display and carrying convenience.
For materials, structures can be selected according to the characteristics of the pet food, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer lamination thickness ranges from 15–25丝的 (15–25 silk), balancing barrier performance, light protection, puncture resistance and heat-seal strength; the final structure is determined by the contents and packaging format.
Printing and production: 1–8 color gravure printing is applied, with the process flow of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Bag making is carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization: sample-based or artwork-based proofing is supported, with custom sizes and print layouts made to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and mass production follows sample confirmation based on the pet food packaging format and artwork design.
