The pouch structure is engineered around liquid filling and repeated dispensing. A widened bottom gusset lets the filled pack stand upright, so retail shelves stay orderly and consumers can pour easily many times. Four-side heat seals form flat, secure seams that help the bag handle pressure and reduce leakage. At the top sits a screw spout, offered in standard, tamper-evident or flip-top styles, with a valve and pump configuration also available. Spout position and diameter can be adjusted to suit your filling line, making it easier to run automatic filling, capping and sealing steps with minimal equipment changes.

The main material is milky white PE. Depending on what goes inside, it can be supplied as single-layer PE or a multi-layer composite. It resists acids, alkalis and corrosion, so prolonged contact with laundry liquid and cleaners is less likely to cause brittleness or leaks. The surface accepts 1-8 color gravure printing, producing clear image layers, stable registration and strong ink adhesion for brand colors, product information and barcodes. Standard capacities range from 100ml to 5L. Bag dimensions, spout diameter and film thickness can be customized to your drawing, and matching roll film in the same material is available for self-filling or sealing equipment.

Typical applications include laundry detergent, dish soap, fabric softener, disinfectant and hand wash, plus selected chemical and agrochemical liquids. The custom process is simple: send a sample or artwork, we confirm the material, structure and print result, then prepare a proof for approval before bulk production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop with integrated film blowing, printing and bag making.
