For liquids that are poured and accessed repeatedly, this double stand-up pouch places the handle and spout on the upper body. It stands securely when filled, while the handle makes carrying easier and reduces the chance of slipping from the hand, even at heavier fill weights. Dispensing runs through the spout, which can be straight, custom-shaped or a leak-resistant valve type, paired with screw caps or flip caps for smooth pouring and better dose control. The pouch body can be four-side sealed or center sealed with a bottom gusset, giving even seal widths and reliable heat seals that help reduce leakage risk.

Common structures include multi-layer laminates such as PET/NY/PE and PET/AL/PE. The barrier layer and film thickness can be adjusted to suit the contents, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and light protection. Surface printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering rich colour gradation and firmly bonded graphics that resist fading. Fill capacity can be customized from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter, pouch dimensions, handle position and pour direction can all be adapted to your drawing or sample.
