1L–20L Dual Stand-Up Pouch for Hydrogen-Rich Water Transport | Thick Foil Barrier + Disc Valve

Engineered for large-volume liquid filling, this dual stand-up pouch uses a widened self-standing base. Once filled, it stands upright on shelves or inside transit crates and resists tipping during handling and stacking. Flat, durable seals run around the bag body, giving the pouch rigidity and even load distribution that help reduce edge splitting under stacking or movement. The outlet can be fitted with a thick disc valve, butterfly valve or spout. Each valve is heat-sealed tightly against the film, turns smoothly, and supports stable flow with limited air contact when pouring large liquid volumes.

Thick aluminum foil forms the barrier core of the laminate and is paired with food-grade PET, NY and PE films. Together they create a multilayer block against oxygen, moisture and hydrogen molecules, helping hydrogen water retain its hydrogen concentration over longer storage. The outer layer accepts 1-8 color gravure printing for brand logos, ingredient details and usage icons, with consistent color reproduction and accurate registration. Standard capacities range from 1L to 20L. Pouch dimensions, valve diameter and port position can all be customized, and matching roll film in the same structure is also available.

This pouch fits large-volume storage, transport and repacking for hydrogen water machines and hydrogen-rich water brands. It also works for drinking water, tea concentrate, plant extracts and other liquids that need barrier protection, including bag-in-box dispensing. The customization path is simple: send a sample pouch or artwork, we confirm the material structure and print layout, then sampling leads to bulk production after approval. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong and operates a Class 10000 clean workshop; film blowing, lamination, printing and bag making are all completed in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and delivery arranged around agreed milestones.
