Designed for liquid refill programmes, this stand-up spout pouch keeps a rigid, upright shape so it displays reliably on shelf. The pouch can be constructed with three-side or four-side seals, and a folded bottom gusset adds stability; flat, evenly loaded seals help reduce leakage after filling. A screw-cap spout is the standard top option, with flip-top or valved spouts also available. The result is smooth dispensing and easy one-handed opening/closing for disinfectants, hand sanitisers and other liquids that are opened again and again.

Common laminate structures include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE. Barrier layers and film thickness can be tuned to the contents, balancing chemical resistance with flexibility. Graphics are produced by 1–8 colour gravure printing, delivering clear image detail and consistent colour, with matte, gloss and spot effects possible. Regular capacities span 100ml to 5L; spout diameter, pouch dimensions and dispensing method can be made to drawing, and matching roll film is available as a companion supply.

Applications cover refill packaging for household cleaning, disinfection, hand sanitiser, pet care and industrial cleaning liquids, plus food and beverage liquids. The custom route begins with a sample or artwork to confirm pouch format and print layout, then a proof approval before mass production. Manufacturing takes place in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10,000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with delivery arranged against the agreed schedule.
