This 500g medical ointment foil and metallized pouch with zipper can use common composite materials selected according to content and barrier requirements, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE, etc., with multi-layer composite thickness of 15–25 silk.
The product uses a foil or metallized pouch body with a zipper, suitable for medical ointment product packaging; the zipper structure facilitates opening, closing and access, and the specific bag style, size and layout can be customized according to customer requirements.
Production adopts gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing processes. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, and production can be carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom using food-grade materials, with material certificates available upon customer request.
