Notice of the General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the Non-compliance of 52 Batches of Food in Sampling Inspection (Shi Jian Shi Jian Fa [2026] No. 124)

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation organized supervised sampling inspection of food safety covering 1,940 batches of samples, and 52 batches of samples were found to be non-compliant. The product sampling inspection results can be queried at https://spcjsac.gsxt.gov.cn/.

For the non-compliant foods found in the sampling inspection, the relevant provincial market regulation departments have organized verification and handling.

The specific details of the non-compliant foods in the supervised sampling inspection are hereby notified as follows:

(1) The honeysuckle stewed pear beverage sold by Kaishifan Trading Firm of Hubei Province (store name: Kaishifan Food Store 3) on Taobao (mobile APP), nominally produced by Yantai Shengfei Food Co., Ltd. of Shandong Province, in which the test value of sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid) complies with the provisions of the national food safety standards, but does not meet the product label declaration requirements.

(2) The black truffle blanching sauce (liquid compound seasoning) sold by Baixianxun Supply Chain (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. (store name: Zhen Manfen) on Douyin (mobile APP), nominally produced by Xinmi Changqing Condiment Factory (general partnership) of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, as entrusted by Shanxi Zhen Manfen Supply Chain Co., Ltd., in which the test value of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as benzoic acid) complies with the provisions of the national food safety standards, but does not meet the product label declaration requirements.

(3) The Wuji Cellar-stored liquor (baijiu) sold by Maoxian Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. of Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, nominally produced by Maoxian Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. of Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, in which the test value of sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclamic acid) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(4) The mung bean stuffed pancake (pastry) sold by Xiangxi Yilong Bakery Cake Shop Pastry Factory of Hunan Province, nominally produced by Xiangxi Yilong Bakery Cake Shop Pastry Factory of Hunan Province, in which the test value of amaranth does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(5) The red date and goji berry rice brew sold by Ma Chang Dan Ma Liquor Industry Trade Co., Ltd. of Shandan County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province (store name: Jiuwanquan Liquor Flagship Store) on Pinduoduo (mobile APP), nominally produced by Gansu Yufengquan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd., in which the test values of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as benzoic acid) and sodium cyclamate (calculated as cyclamic acid) do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(6) The sorghum liquor sold by Lianzao Brewing Workshop of Jiayu County, Xianning City, Hubei Province, nominally produced by Lianzao Brewing Workshop of Jiayu County, Xianning City, Hubei Province, in which the test value of neotame does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(7) The date paste (egg-crisp) mooncake sold by Sanmaixiang Food Store of Jianhua District, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province (store name: Sanyicheng Halal Food) on Douyin (mobile APP), nominally produced by Qiqihar Sanyicheng Halal Food Co., Ltd. of Heilongjiang Province, in which the test value of tartrazine does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(8) The Zhengyu handmade peach pastry sold by Xinjiang Xindekang Food Co., Ltd., nominally produced by Xinjiang Xindekang Food Co., Ltd., in which the test values of tartrazine, aluminum residue (dry sample, calculated as Al), and peroxide value (calculated as fat) do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(9) The mulberry leaf, bitter gourd and celery noodles (dried noodles) sold by Jingshu Prepackaged Food Firm of Xinzhan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province (store name: Haowu Jianlou Warehouse) on Kuaishou (mobile APP), nominally produced by Xuzhou Jinbaoli Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. of Jiangsu Province, in which the test values of brilliant blue and tartrazine do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(10) The angelica dahurica powder sold by Xianhuozhan Condiment Firm of Leling City, Dezhou City, Shandong Province (store name: Xiangfuren Seasoning) on Douyin (mobile APP), nominally produced by Dezhou Huashang Shengjie Food Co., Ltd. of Shandong Province, in which the sulfur dioxide residue does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(11) The mung bean cake (original flavor) sold by Pucheng Caiwang Trading Co., Ltd. of Weinan City, Shaanxi Province (store name: Shaanxi Gourmet Specialty Premium Store) on Pinduoduo (mobile APP), nominally produced by Pucheng County Xinying Food Factory of Shaanxi Province, in which the test value of tartrazine, the test value of sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid), and the sum of the ratios of the respective amounts used to their maximum permitted amounts when preservatives are used in combination do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(12) The coffee yogurt mooncake sold by Inner Mongolia Mengwei Food Co., Ltd. (store name: Mengwei Food Exclusive Store) on Tmall (mobile APP), nominally produced by Qimei Pastry Factory of Zhalantun City, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in which the test value of dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as dehydroacetic acid) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(13) The osmanthus sausage (quick-frozen raw product) sold by Guanghan Gangfu Food Co., Ltd. of Deyang City, Sichuan Province, nominally produced by Guanghan Gangfu Food Co., Ltd. of Deyang City, Sichuan Province, in which the test values of sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid) and peroxide value (calculated as fat) do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(14) The pickled cabbage sold by Longnan Xinlongfa Trading Co., Ltd. of Gansu Province, nominally produced by Gansu Yuangenxiang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., in which the test value of sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(15) The bayberry iced glutinous rice balls (quick-frozen raw rice and flour products) sold by Jiujiuai Food Business Department of Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, nominally produced by Jiujiuai Food Business Department of Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, in which the test value of carmoisine does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(16) The Fengmingzhai traditional old mooncake sold by Qianmu Snack Shop of Shunhe Hui District, Kaifeng City, Henan Province, in which the natamycin residue does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(17) The coconut chips sold by Zhengzhou Yuemang Network Technology Co., Ltd. of Henan Province (store name: Official Domestic Products Selection) on Taobao (mobile APP), nominally produced by Guangdong Liguang Food Co., Ltd. (packaging), in which the sulfur dioxide residue does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(18) The water bamboo shoots (pickled vegetables) sold by Guizhou Yunzhi Food Co., Ltd., nominally produced by Guizhou Yunzhi Food Co., Ltd., in which the sulfur dioxide residue does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(19) The Didu pickled mustard sold by Nanjing Jianzai Food Firm of Puning City, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province (store name: Jianzai Food Shop) on Pinduoduo (mobile APP), nominally produced by Nanxi Biaoxing Food Factory of Puning City, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, in which the sulfur dioxide residue does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(20) The Shuhui sweet potato vermicelli sold by Sichuan Xianyoulai Agriculture Co., Ltd. (store name: Suining Xianwei) on Taobao (mobile APP), nominally produced by Sichuan Shuhui Luran Agricultural and Sideline Products Co., Ltd., in which the aluminum residue (dry sample, calculated as Al) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(21) The sweet potato vermicelli sold by Wanxu Trading Firm of Lingbi County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province (store name: Wanxu Selected Trading) on Douyin (mobile APP), nominally produced by Weifeng Agricultural Professional Cooperative of Lingbi County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province, in which the aluminum residue (dry sample, calculated as Al) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(22) The pomelo ginseng (preserved fruit) sold by Xuyitang Food Business Department of Jingzhou Town, Raoping County, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province (store name: Taiwan Xuyitang Direct Sales Store) on Taobao.com (online store), distributed by Guangzhou Hengxiang Trading Co., Ltd. of Guangdong Province (nominal place of origin: Taiwan, China), in which the test value of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as benzoic acid) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(23) The hot and sour long beans sold by Zaoqi Trading Store of Yidu City, Yichang City, Hubei Province (store name: Braised Pork Ribs) on Taobao.com (online store), nominally produced by Hubei Fushui Vegetable Products Co., Ltd., in which the test value of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as benzoic acid) and the sum of the ratios of the respective amounts used to their maximum permitted amounts when preservatives are used in combination do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(24) The caterpillar bread sold by Gaolegao Non-staple Food Wholesale Department of Zhangsutan Vegetable Market, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, nominally produced by Lanzhou Jinxiang Food Co., Ltd. of Gansu Province, in which the sum of the ratios of the respective amounts used to their maximum permitted amounts when preservatives are used in combination does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(25) The Youke brand Dankek tiger-skin cake (nominal country of origin: Turkey) sold by Yiziqi Food Store of Xishan District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province (store name: izchi Xinjiang Specialty Food Store) on Taobao (mobile APP), nominally imported as an agent by Xinjiang Jiangyu Zongheng E-commerce Co., Ltd., in which the test value of sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(26) The seasoned mentaiko sauce sold by Hangzhou Xiaoshan Manan Frozen Food Firm of Zhejiang Province (store name: Xiao Ma Sushi Cuisine Wholesaler) on Taobao (mobile APP), nominally produced by Henan Jiangjianghao Food Co., Ltd., in which the test value of sorbic acid and its potassium salt (calculated as sorbic acid) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(27) The Biancheng Guishui packaged drinking water sold by Songtao Biancheng Mountain Spring Co., Ltd. of Tongren City, Guizhou Province, nominally produced by Songtao Biancheng Mountain Spring Co., Ltd. of Tongren City, Guizhou Province, in which the Pseudomonas aeruginosa count does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(28) The natural drinking spring water sold by Yusheng Drinking Water Business Department of Anfu County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, nominally produced by Jiangxi Wugong Mountain Spring Mineral Water Co., Ltd., in which the Pseudomonas aeruginosa count does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(29) The milk skin hawthorn candied haws sold by Xinjiang Bosikan Food Technology Co., Ltd. (store name: Bosikan Ice Water King Food Flagship Store) on Tmall (online store), nominally produced by Xinjiang Quanjiangju Food Co., Ltd. as entrusted by Xinjiang Bosikan Food Technology Co., Ltd., in which the mold count does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(30) The Longxian blood-pressure-lowering tea sold by Jilin Xuchi Economic and Trade Co., Ltd. (store name: Qingjigete Flagship Store) on Tmall (online store), nominally produced by Jilin Special Medical Food Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as entrusted by Henan Anyang Longxian Sweet Tea Factory, in which the coliform count, mold and yeast count, and total bacterial count do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(31) The rice noodles sold by Yongheng Rice Noodle Processing Factory of Luliang County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, nominally produced by Yongheng Rice Noodle Processing Factory of Luliang County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, in which the coliform count and total bacterial count do not meet the requirements of the relevant product execution standards.

(32) The Qingdao old ham sold by Shandong Qingdao Shengyuanlai Trading Co., Ltd. (store name: Shengyuanlai Flagship Store) on Tmall (online store), nominally produced by Shandong Weifang Anqiu Donghe Food Co., Ltd. as entrusted by Shandong Qingdao Shengyuanlai Trading Co., Ltd., in which the total bacterial count does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(33) The Yinerkang packaged drinking water sold by Yinerkang Purified Water Plant of Xilinhot City, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, nominally produced by Yinerkang Purified Water Plant of Xilinhot City, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in which the test value of nitrite (calculated as NO2-) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(34) The beef balls sold by Shazaiwei Mingji Food Purchase and Sale Department of Pengjiang District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, nominally produced by Guangdong Jiangmen Yige Food Co., Ltd., in which the test value of chromium (calculated as Cr) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(35) The chopsticks self-sterilized by Li Ji Rongshenghe Hot Pot Restaurant of Pidu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, in which the test value of anionic synthetic detergent (calculated as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(36) The peanut butter sold by Shandong Linyi Lindu Xiaozhen Food Co., Ltd. (store name: Lindu Xiaozhen Official Flagship Store) on Pinduoduo (mobile APP), nominally produced by Shandong Linyi Lindu Xiaozhen Food Co., Ltd., in which the test value of aflatoxin B1 does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(37) The corn flour sold by Zhejiang Ningbo Xiangshan Guanhaoyouduo Supermarket Management Co., Ltd., nominally produced by Jiangsu Suqian Yuchen Grain Processing Co., Ltd., in which the test value of aflatoxin B1 does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(38) The Chaote drinking purified water sold by Jiangsu Zhenjiang Zhenjiang New Area Dagang Chaote Purified Water Plant, nominally produced by Jiangsu Zhenjiang Zhenjiang New Area Dagang Chaote Purified Water Plant, in which the test value of oxygen consumption (calculated as O2) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(39) The Northeast pine nuts sold by Zhejiang Hangzhou Lin'an Youpin Food Co., Ltd. (store name: Kangzhiyoupin Food Flagship Store) on Pinduoduo (mobile APP), nominally produced by Zhejiang Hangzhou Legeng Food Co., Ltd. (42) The sunflower seeds (original flavor) sold by Shengyuan Food Processing Factory of Bayannur Economic and Technological Development Zone, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (store name: Inner Mongolia Quality Specialty Products) on WeChat (mobile APP), nominally produced by Inner Mongolia Yanlong Food Co., Ltd. of Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as entrusted by Inner Mongolia Kui Shushu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., in which the test value of peroxide value (calculated as fat) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards.

(45) The dark soy sauce sold by Youjian Puzai Food Firm of Mianhu, Jiexi County, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province (store name: Youjian Seasoning Shop) on Pinduoduo (mobile APP), nominally produced by Jieyang Guixing Food Factory of Guangdong Province, in which the total nitrogen (calculated as nitrogen) content does not meet the requirements of the relevant product execution standards.

(46) The buckwheat fragrant vinegar sold by Yunxuan E-commerce Studio of Suide County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province (store name: Northern Shaanxi Yunxuan Specialty Products) on Taobao (mobile APP), nominally produced by Dingbian County Wenyou Buckwheat Fragrant Vinegar Co., Ltd. of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, in which the non-volatile acid content does not meet the requirements of the relevant product execution standards.

(47) The custard lava mooncake (other mooncake) sold by Walmart (Guangxi) Commercial Retail Co., Ltd. Nanning Mingxiu West Road Branch [store name: Walmart (Mingxiu West Road Store)] on Meituan (mobile APP), nominally produced by Zhejiang Jiaxing Yuquanshun Food Co., Ltd., in which the trans fatty acid content does not meet the product label declaration requirements.

(48) The whey protein powder sports nutrition special dietary powder sold by Hongyuan Ranch Dairy Products Store of Suiping County, Zhumadian City, Henan Province (store name: Dejian Nutrition Store) on Pinduoduo (mobile APP), nominally produced by Jiangxi Qiangzhuang Health Industry Co., Ltd., in which the contents of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium, and zinc neither meet the provisions of the national food safety standards nor the product label declaration requirements.

(49) The black chokeberry tablets (special dietary food) sold by Shandong Zibo Aisimeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (store name: Huiou Kanglite Exclusive Store) on Tmall (mobile APP), nominally produced by Jiangxi Qiangzhuang Health Industry Co., Ltd., in which the contents of vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 neither meet the provisions of the national food safety standards nor the product label declaration requirements.

(50) The sugar-free specialty moss vegetable mooncake sold by Shanghai Weiqi Food Technology Co., Ltd. (store name: Sanyang Flagship Store) on Pinduoduo (mobile APP), supervised by Shanghai Sanyang Nanguo Store Co., Ltd., and produced by Shanghai Sanyang Handmade Food Co., Ltd., in which the sugar content does not meet the product label declaration requirements.

(51) The sugar-free Suzhou-style assorted nut mooncake sold by Jiangsu Changzhou Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. Hailang Food Factory, nominally produced by Jiangsu Changzhou Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. Hailang Food Factory, in which the sugar content does not meet the product label declaration requirements.

(52) The Qibao liquor sold by Nan Senlin Liquor Exclusive Store of Beilin District, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province (store name: Baqi Liquor Store) on Pinduoduo (mobile APP), nominally produced by Heilongjiang Suihua Jinfeng Liquor Industry Co., Ltd., in which the alcohol content does not meet the product label declaration requirements.
